Registration fee includes:
* Participation in the scientific sessions on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, symposium bag, program and abstract book, all printed materials of the symposium, invitation to the Welcome Networking Reception, lunches at the symposium venue on Wednesday and Thursday, and coffee breaks.
** Residents/Students /Nurses required documents
An official letter of the institution (PDF format) originally stamped and signed by the head of the department and confirming this status, must be sent by email to the registration department when registering for the Symposium.
Payment of registration fees can be made through this website using a credit card (MC, VISA, AMEX and DINERS) or by bank transfer.
The Symposium Secretariat and Organizers cannot accept liability for personal accidents, and/or loss of and/or damage to private property of participants, either during or directly arising from the 5th Friends of Israel – Urology Symposium (FOIU). Participants should arrange their own health and travel insurance for their trip.
All cancellations must be faxed, electronically mailed or post-marked. Refund of registration fees will be as follows:
Postmarked before March 17, 2020 – 100% refund
Postmarked from March 18, 2020 – 50% refund
No refund on cancellations made from June 16, 2020
